We have noticed a slight fading of the top fabric, but nothing to be concerned about, the glass window and seal around the window are as new, very impressive.
The replacement convertible top has the glass window with defroster, this is a great upgrade. The glass window is smaller than the original plastic window, this is an aesthetic that I prefer. With a glass window you can open the top in colder weather. Who doesn’t love a drive in the cold with the top down, windows up and heater blasting!
If we had chosen to replace the top with a plastic window, chances are we would already be experiencing some of the failures of a plastic top, such as yellowing and cracking.
