How to Replace a Radiator on a Honda Element

Replacing the radiator on a Honda Element easy DIY, just a bit messy. You will need a new radiator, and it would be wise to sue some cardboard to protect the new radiator when you are installing it and the cooling fans.

If this is the first time you have replaced a radiator, you should be ok, it is not super complicated. It would be best that you have some mechanical skills, If you do not have skills, find a friend with experience and ask them to help you out. 

TOOL LIST TO CHANGE THE HONDA ELEMENT RADIATOR:

  • Flathead Screwdriver
  • 10mm Wrench to Socket with Ratchet
  • Pliers
  • Channel Locks or 24mm Socket or Wrench for Coolant Temp Sensor.
  • Cardboard
