This video shows how to release the brakes on a Cervelo P5. The brakes on the Cervelo P5 are the Magura RT8 TT. The quick release lever on the RT8 brakes is on the brake lever. The hydraulic brakes will need to be released to remove the wheels to repair a flat. The operation of the brake quick release is the same for the front and the rear brake on the P5. Releaseing the brakes does not affect their adjustment. You do not need to bleed the brakes if you have released them with the quick release.
